The Luxury Collection in Grikos Bay offers a fine experience with its beautiful beachfront setting. I loved the spacious room we had, complete with a private terrace that provided amazing views of the calm, clear waters. The breakfast buffet stood out, with a vast selection, including fresh fruits and made-to-order options that satisfied our cravings every morning. Staff demonstrated a high level of attentiveness, often checking on us by the beach and ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing day. The architecture throughout the hotel blended elegant Mediterranean style with modern comforts. There were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise amazing stay. We encountered ants in the extra bed on multiple occasions, which left it unusable. Despite notifying management, the follow-up was lacking, and the problem wasn't adequately resolved . I felt that for a 5-star hotel, the management could improve on handling such maintenance issues swiftly. The beach restaurant's food pricing felt a bit high compared to local dining options, somewhat disappointing. The hotel is luxurious and offers a fantastic retreat, but I hope they address these service concerns for an even better experience next time.

The hotel is in the quiet fishing village of Grikos yet only a few miles from the main port skala and the famous monastery at Chora. It has a private beach with coarse sand and clear water to swim where friendly staff attend to you throughout the day. We particularly enjoyed the melon and ice tea treats while on the beach. Rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and very comfortable, bathrooms very clean and modern, all staff very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The spa was a wonderful treat . Breakfast was buffet style with a wonderful selection of everything you could want and a very friendly female cook who would make you eggs and pancakes to order. We can highly recommend the hotel.
The only thing maybe was that on occasions the music from the bar came on through the outside loudspeakers to the beach. Coming from noisy London while lying on the beach we would have preferred no music on the beach.

Excellent - thoroughly recommended. Clean & luxurious rooms, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful staff made our stay one of the most pleasant of the whole trip to Greece. We arrived by boat at 3 AM in the morning, and we were very worried, which was quickly laid to rest by the hotel staff. Hotel location, by the beach, is 4 km from ferry terminal. Moet & Chandon was our welcome drink. Food was excellent, it is gourmet - do not miss the dessert, we lived on it for dinner too ! If you like the color white, you will love this hotel - the theme is white, pure white and only white (almost).
Nothing we disliked. The hotel is new, and and can only become better.

Location: the hotel was so close to the beach in the centre of the beautiful fishing village of Grekos and the wonderful island of Patmos and Petra bay. Dined at Flisvos Restaurant, it was within walking distance of the venue...
